Dr. Zhou attended ESHP 2015 held in Japan

The International Workshop on Explosion, Shock-wave and High-velocity Phenomena 2015 had been held at Sep.28-29 in Kumamoto University. The workshop was organized by Kumamoto University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan Explosives Society and Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity. The workshop is planned to discuss the recent progress of researches on explosion, shock wave and high-velocity phenomena and the applications. The experts from the U.S., China, Japan, Slovenia and Russia attended this conference and gave oral and poster presentations.
Dr. Zhou attended the Workshop, and gave an oral presentation titled “Explosive welding of brittle materials”. He introduced the recent progress on explosive welding in our group and discussed with audiences.
