The 2015 SEM Annual Conference and Exposition on Experimental and Applied mechanics was held in Costa Mesa city of California USA the 8-11th June 2015. Dr Baoqiao Guo attended this conference and gave two oral talks: "Measurement of the dynamic fracture toughness of alumina ceramic” and “Full-field 3D deformation measurement of thin metal plates subjected to underwater shock loading”.
