The Chinese Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CCTAM) 2015 jointly organized by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and Shanghai Jiaotong University was held from Aug.15-18, 2015 in Shanghai with the theme of "Facing National Major Needs and Committed to Frontier Basic Research". Over 3,400 experts and scholars from research, industry and academia at home and abroad attended the event, and participants and contributed papers number all surpassed past meetings.
Prof Pengwan Chen, Dr Baoqiao Guo and four PhD/master students: Mr. Chun Ran, Mr. Shaolong Zhang, Miss Yi Li and Miss Ling Li attended this conference. The session MS79 about the high-speed imaging techniques for dynamic measurement was organized by Prof Pengwan Chen. Nearly 20 oral talks were presented in this sessions.
